Position                      Planning Engineer / Tutor / Advisor for Local Works  

Duration                     2 Years in one location and a further two years at a 2nd location

Country                      China

                                    1^st location Hangzhou             (180 Km from Shanghai )

                                    2^nd Location Tainjing              (150Km form Beijing)

Qualification             Planning Engineer with some experience in Structural steel preferred 

Personal attributes      Patience – and determinate to be successful – but with strong character  

 Language                  Mother Tongue indifferent although some German would be useful   

Essential                    Full Command of the English language 

Knowledgeable in  In international code  applicable software available

Requirements 

Some one having Long term displacement  experience abroad  of up to 3 years  preferably as site lead planning Engineer  with PMC or EPC  experience (an advantage but not necessary)

and  having had up to 3 years in business management

You should have a Teaching mentality with hands-on experience in leading and building  team work to success and with full knowledge of Microsoft Office and  of application of programme there-in

Other culture /

Improve existing production planning  

Improve existing schedule systems

Improve part Progress Management

Ensure continuity on schedule analysis

Knowledge of available planning  and analysis tools available

Planning software’s

assist local staff in listing efficient uses

check daily performance to progress and not to cost
