Penetrant, Ultrasonic Inspection

knowledge of the inspection equipment, full understanding of all required
maintenance and calibration for equipment used by the Company

years experience of inspection on Drill Stem equipment and Oilfield Tubular
products, Casing, tubing, Drill pipe, Bottom Hole Assembly, Pipe handling
equipment, Rig equipment
| Preferred
2+ years in a team leader/supervisory capacity

to coach, mentor and motivate staff

Responsibilities:
| To
plan, co-ordinate, control and perform inspection services in-line with
company and customer policies, procedures and systems, ensuring compliance
with Statutory Regulations utilizing good industry and workmanship
practices.
| Act
as primary point of contact for the customer, and the role is measured by
the accurate fulfillment of job specific processes before, during and after
inspection, and the quality of the customer interaction.
| Key
responsibility for the inspection of company and customer equipment within
the company and their customer’s procedures and systems.
| Responsible
for efficient organisation of Inspection Area, equipment and personnel to
ensure department provides a professional service to internal and external
customers.
| Overseeing
the inspection of company owned and third party equipment in accordance with
relevant company, customer and industry standards.
| Responsibility
for the provision of inspection and non-conformance reports in a timely
manner from all inspectors
| Ensure
all inspection equipment is maintained and calibrated in accordance with
company, customer and industry standards at all times and that all
documentation and/or certification relative to equipment is retained on file
for traceability purposes and etc.
