Successful highly motivated and qualified QA/QC Engineer with 15 years
extensive “hands-on” experience within the Oil & Gas, Power
Generation and Petrochemical industries.
Extensive
all round knowledge in both offshore and onshore construction that has
included pipelines, hook-ups, onshore fabrication and vendor inspections. Working experience with major clients that have included
Shell, BP, Total Elf, Maersk, etc.
A
skilled communicator, in both written and oral forms, able to develop and
lead a multi-national team. Experienced in working in difficult and remote
locations and managing operations with minimal supervision from head
office.

Assigned to a conglomerate of clients on board the C6 Saipem pipe lay barge which included Tullow Oil, Conoco Phillips & BP. Duties included AUT verification, welding inspection, coatings and quality control during pipe lay activities. Various pipe sizes including pipe-in pipe and piggy back lines.
Reporting to the senior client's representative on a daily basis.

Site Representative
Assigned to Marathon Oil Equatorial Guinea to oversee the Inspection of 5 Pipelines1 x 24" 2 x 10"/14" pipe in pipe and 2 x 12"/16" pipe in pipe. Pipelines were all shallow water beach pull lines, for the Alba Phase II project, 500 meters offshore. Responsible for all aspects of inspection, HSE and Quality Control, supervising an 8 man crew, reporting to Marathon Oil Senior Representative offshore on a daily basis.

BV, Netherlands Senior Clients Inspector
Assigned to Wintershall Q5 to Q8 8" Sub-sea shallow water pipeline onboard the Seaway Falcon.
Responsible for all aspects of offshore pipe lay, reporting the Offshore Project Manager on a daily basis covering HSE, Quality Control and Production.

Plant, Libya Site Representative
Assigned to
carry out third party Verification Inspections of Safety Critical Elements
at Wafa Gas Gathering Plant in Libya. Work included pipelines and critical
parts of the plant ensuring contractor’s compliance with the
construction standards and codes, these included ASME, API, British
Standards, and Agip Gas specific standards. Verification was to enable
insurance of the plant.

Representative
Assigned to
the Soroosh/Nowrooz Integrated Development Project, responsible for the
offshore pipe-lay, jacket and topside installation within the Iranian
sector.
Duties include all aspects of Quality Assurance and welding
inspection onboard NPCC’s HLS 2000 and DLB 750.

Assigned
to the Block 5 Development Project, responsible for the offshore jacket
and topside installations.
Duties included all quality assurance and welding inspection.

to the Offshore Gas Gathering System and based on the LB 200 with
responsibilities for all aspects of the offshore pipe-lay for 32”, 24”
and 16” gas lines, reporting to the Project Manager on a daily basis
covering HSE, Quality Control and Production.

EMC Surrey Senior QC Inspector Nam Con Son Project Vietnam
Working on the Semac 1 pipe lay barge as a Senior QC Inspector. Duties included all aspects of pipe lay from welding to coating of the 26" Nam Con Son gas pipe line from start to beach pull and above water tie in, Welder qualification
test's and weld procedures for the 16" Chrome line. Also included auditing of sub contractors Ultrasonic personnel using manual Ultrasonics
and TOFD.
